After choosing to place an order with Supplements Online.....

1. You shall receive a confirmation email that your payment has been accepted and your order has been placed and is being packed.

2. When orders are shipped you shall receive a second email advising your order has been shipped.

3. Goods shall be packaged in a manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.

4. Goods will be despatched THE SAME WORKING DAY if the order is received before 2pm, the following day otherwise. (Please note orders paid via direct deposit into Supplement Online account will be processed after funds have reached our accounts).

5. Goods are freighted via Australia Post "Regular Parcel" mail service.


Australia Post Advise their delivery schedule from the Supplements Online Warehouse Sydney to be.

Delivery within the same city or town next working day

Between cities and large towns in the same state 1 - 3 working days

Between other locations within the same state 1 - 3 working days

Between adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide) 2 working days

Between other capital cities 3 - 5 working days

To other interstate locations 4 - 6 working days



6. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming any claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of Supplement Online

i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
